Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days(IF IN STOCK). The final shipping cost and estimated delivery window will be provided to you during the checkout process. Our standard shipping method utilizes ground shipping services, and your order will be dispatched through reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Currently, we do not offer the option to select your preferred carrier.

Tracking and Delivery:
Your order will be shipped via LTL freight carrier, and it will be left at the curb at the end of your driveway. The LTL freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, so please ensure your availability for this. Please note that the responsibility for moving the order from the curb into a home or business lies with the customer.
You can easily track the estimated delivery date through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can opt for text updates using the link in the same email.
Should you have any special delivery requests, we encourage you to contact us promptly after placing your order so that we can make every effort to accommodate your preferences.
At SokaHome , we prioritize sending you your custom creations as swiftly as possible, without compromising on craftsmanship. Please be aware that each item we produce is custom-made, and we do not stock ready-made products. Refer to your Order Confirmation email for the most accurate manufacturing time estimate, indicated in business days.
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days(In stock). Shipping times, however, depend on the destination and the type of shipment. While we hope you enjoyed a chuckle, we understand your need for precise information. but the specific shipping time depends on the nearest warehouse to your delivery address. Please note that unexpected events such as earthquakes or snowstorms may affect delivery times. Assuming there are no earthquakes or snowstorms, a parcel shipment should take about 3-5 business days/7-10business days/10-15 business days (according to the nearest warehouse from your delivery address )
Order Status & Tracking:
You can log into your account at any time to review your order history and check the status of your placed orders. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking and carrier information. Additionally, you can sign up for SMS updates to stay informed about your order's progress on your mobile phone.
Shipping Address Changes:
If you require a change to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the information in our system before your order ships. Please keep in mind that once the shipment is en route, rerouting becomes more challenging and may incur additional charges.
Receiving Your Order:
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it promptly to ensure it hasn't suffered damage during transit. While we take extensive precautions with our packaging, unforeseen events can occur during delivery. If your SokaHome product arrives with any damages, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery
Packaging for Returns:
If you plan to return your order, we kindly ask that you keep the original packaging and include any padding materials it came with. For returns within the 30-day return period, original packaging is mandatory. Outside of this period, returns made without the original packaging may incur additional costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
In Case of Damage or Defect:
In the unfortunate event of damage or defects, take a moment to gather yourself and then document the issue, including the packaging, through photographs. Send these images to us, and we will promptly address the matter. Remember, deep breaths!
