I found the back cushions nice and puffy once they'd had a few days to expand. It's not a plush sofa, seat cushions are a bit on the hard side, but I like them and I expect they'll soften with use. Both me (5'3") and my partner (6'4") fit comfortably on it, he even finds it the perfect size to have a nap! Slipcover is a nice dense fabric and has already stood up to some spills and 2 cats!

Absolutely test this before buying, we didn't and regret it. We thought the medium-firm rating would be perfect but the pocket springs in the bottom cushions are very stiff and pronounced and even bouncy.The back cushions are from foam and much softer, however the back support is very low and significantly angled. This leads to a very uncomfortable sitting experience where your lower body is being pushed up by the springs whereas your upper body is falling backwards due softer and very angled cushions Only the use of a lot of pillows has made it better.
